Who are we?
Who we are
We strive to be an inclusive and outward looking Christian community embodying the life of Christ and bound together by the love of God and love for each other, welcoming everyone who wants to learn about and be involved in the Christian journey of faith.
Our mission
We are a rural Church proud of our history and traditions, and yet very much engaged with contemporary life. We pride ourselves on the quality of our welcome, worship and music. We endeavour to be an inclusive Chrisitan community serving 4 villages and a new housing development in north Cheshire.
Our history
We are the birthplace of Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson) the author of Alice in Wonderland. The Lewis Carroll Visitor Centre tells the story of his early life and influences The Daniell Chapel contains the Lewis Carroll Memorial Window.
Sunday Group
We have recently begun an 8am story time and breakfast for children aged 0-8 on the second Sunday of the month.
